Job Role:
Manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience
satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data,
and improves social media presence and campaign efficiency. Promotes overall brand through social media channels
with a focus on generating leads and sales.

Job Duties:
- 1. Oversees all company social media accounts management
- 2. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- 3. Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, related bloggers and quarterly or seasonal company goals
- 4. Creates content and engages followers to convert leads to sales
- 5. Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- 6. Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- 7. Works with management to develop social media timelines coinciding with new class openings, upcoming events, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- 8. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- 9. Completes the registration process for the new registrations and renewals
- 10. Enhances web and social media presence to maximize visibility (e.g. Google ads optimization, social media presence, etc.)
